Yeah he’s being realistic.

The IRS doesn’t enforce aggression against the millions of poor people out there esspecially with the modern economic structures being as they are.

It’s like many other laws in society that exist but aren’t enforced.

Put simply there are bigger fish to fry. They don’t have unlimited assets and they let them go undetected in peace.

The hoes brought it on themselves. **** all of them. You want to march and demand normal folk to respect you? You want people to consider what you do to be a valid means of income? Bitch you say what you're doing is a real job? Make it real and pay your tax like the rest of us then. Their prissy attitude has ruined them, and I ****ing LOVE IT.

I guess if you’re married and on the straight arrow path to success in life, other people should pay for not being in that same position and for failing in life.

Make them suffer.

I deal with this chit daily. It's my job.

I've seen the IRS audit plumbers, welders, teachers, etc multiple years in a row. I'm talking some incomes barely above 30k.

If they suspect something they will look into your records for years to come.

You have no experience with any of this and it shows.

I made a mistake one year with switching over to 1099 contracting unexpectedly, and they did not use lube. This wasn't even an audit, they just waited a year and sent me a letter that said "LOL, you did your own taxes" and had dicks drawn all over it. Then they told New York.

Where do you think IRS tips come from, civic duty? Nah, it's a disgruntled employee or an angry customer. It sucks, but reporting people because you hate them and want to wreck them is the core of the enforcement system.

AFAIK, they wouldn't be bothering to deliver the audit notice if they hadn't determined that there was good reason to suspect a substantial compliance issue after looking into the tip.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

I dont think anyone really disagrees with this as long as its put in a red light district somewhere and not spread everywhere.

However the issue isnt regarding the legality of proatitution, the issue is regarding the illegality of simply not declaring income liable for taxation.

That’s the complete opposite.

These people do it because it’s private and convenient.

The whole act of trying to get them to file a private embarasssing behavior is to publicly humiliate and inconvenience.

Just the act of having to deal with it in some official capacity is the true act of aggression at play here.

To the other guy, like I said bro, they make Much less than 20k and you used a 30k example. They make less than 10k. Most even way less, like in the hundreds.

You are confusing realms

Most of these people wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t ultra private, convenient, and hassle free.

So to try to force them all in is an aggressive act, and so is trying to take food off their table.

It’s one thing to enforce laws but it’s another to do it spitefully and hatefully enjoy it.

I can understand you saying they shouldnt be embarassed and humiliated publicly, I disagree but understand your argument.
But are you saying they shouldnt even pay taxes for what they do?

and sorry but jobs suck and so does paying taxes. So does having to show up on time, being worried about being fired, having to deal with a boss, etc... Lots of things in life suck but theyre things we all have to deal with. Why are these cam whores an exception to you? Their lives and jobs are pathetically easy for how much income they bring in, they should at the very least pay taxes.

The ultimate troll would be to pivot and say that we support sex workers and their right to make a living - reporting them to the IRS is just an attempt to legitimize their business and bring it into the light of day so everyone will see it as a legit business enterprise! And do everything with #supportsexworkers and #makesexworklegitimate and #timeforIRStorecognizeSW

please someone get this message to the autists.
