Scent of the Day: Roja Dove - Fetish. Just another datapoint solidifying that not all Roja frags are home runs. Not sure why but the entire Scandal/Fetish/Danger/Reckless line smells like absolute garbage to me. No exaggeration, they make me a little nauseous and i'm just confused how one could release an entire line of chitty frags. The strange thing is, this is the house responsible for the absolutely stunning Gulf Collection (Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia). 2019 Frag Mantra "Sample twice, buy once."

@Papillo - I never got your impressions on that Roja Midsummer Dream sample. What you think? Considering it's the winter months and not really fitting for the weather. I've been using it after late night showers before bed. Usually one or two sprays on the chest because it gives me "soapy clean" vibes.

Really like this scent but I'm only getting like 4-5 hours max, turns into a skin scent after 2 hours. Is the 2018 formulation weaker than older years?

Thanks for creed recs. Super cheap for 100+ml bottles enough I'll blind buy. Though there has been some reviews about a possible batch problem with poor longevity/projection the last month or so. May just keep in cart for few months.

LOL Fetish is one roja i have tried multiple times and come to the conclusion it is not for me. The only way i managed to tolerate it is when i layered it with cuir beluga a while back. The EDP is way too spicy for me, and the parfum is not that much better. A few from the pour homme line are derivatives of different fragrances- Fetish (Guerlain Bel Ami and Puredistance M), Reckless (Clive Christian X), Danger (Guerlain Heritage), Vetiver (Guerlain vetiver) and so on. I have owned and sold all of the above at some point, the only one i kept is Creation R (which you find gross IRRC) lol. His other lines are better than the pour homme line IMO

As for a midsummer dream. That one is weird to me. I don't what it is in the top note that i am not sure of, (maybe the elemi) but there is something in there that i am not a fan of. It smells pretty decent though. The longevity could also be a lot better than it is. That being said, i ended up getting a bottle as i found it as a price i could not pass up on. Ill def check it out in the summertime to see how it wears in warmer weather.

Either that or you get noseblind to it. I have a first formulation batch and longevity and projection are monstrous. Lasts me the entire day. I've never had to reapply this a single time.

Bruh... that Roja Vetiver is the GOAT of GOAT summer fragrances. Didn't smell anything like vetiver (in my opinion). It almost smelled like pefumified champagne. Sparkly-Fruity and amazing. I had a full bottle but one of my side-thots ran off with it because i told her to wear it and she thought i was gifting it to her. Sat there with the kevin hart "u eat ass face" as she said Thank you! and put it in her LouisV purse.



Her head game is outstanding so have to keep her happy. Thank god I got it for a steal off the frag groups and didn't pay retail. Still miss the bottle though.

I'm not trippin with this one i promise. I never wear my AreejLeDore frags out (except malik al taif) cause I recognize they are polarizing. This particular batch of ManMuskHowlerMonkeySht is pleasible to the masses. Will wear it to bars, srs.

Not that I know of, they usually say in the description but my personal test cases were

Alexandria - Hawaii volcano (Virgin Island Water)
Alexandria - King Tut (Creation-E EdP)
Alexandria - Dark Knight (Black Phantom)
Alexandria - Wasted Moment (Apple Brandy)
Alexandria - Burj Khalifa (Amber Aoud)

Better off going with DUA. They have a 30% off promo going on right now and make spot on interpretations. Have only tried Casino Royale nights which was spot on but clones aren't my thing since I am all about the full presentation of the frag.
