There's some services that tracks options flow in-depth and tells you whether the block was bought to open, or sold to open, etc.

But I just follow random twitter accounts who are subscribed to those services and they post random tidbits from time to time.

Edit: I was subscribed to those services before but then realized that sometimes I kept thinking those people knew stuff and used the alerts as a crutch even though you won't ever truly know the intent of the position.

So whenever I saw a big block like that one, I just followed, and obviously that backfired since trading is hard as fuk and they won't make it that easy for you.
