Where can I find the new rules about Stem, Tradies & even Chad references.

I currently work in IT but used to be an electrician apprentice. It's all in what you want to do. Saying one is better than the other is retarded. I had some of the most rewarding experiences doing electrical work. I left it simply because i had more of a knack for IT. I personally needed something that was more mentally challenging on a daily basis. I tend to fall on the good ol' boy side of things so i got along well with other tradesmen. Not going to say they are all the smartest bunch, but a lot of them were definitely good people. Now i work with higher-educated people, yet still encounter some serious idiots.
