- It's Friday!
- Temps have been a little warmer the past few days and the sun has been out. Both are very welcome!
- Get to see my daughter's final drama club performance of her K through 12 years on Sunday. Man, where does the time go?
- No training injuries to speak of at the moment.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Today I'm grateful for:

- Good progress reports for both of my daughters. Although the 7-year old is quite upset about the goals she was given for third term and the one B she got...I don't understand why though - she doesn't get any pressure from us to get good grades.

- Pulling out a win last night to end this hockey season. It was a tough one and we ended up with only two wins but at least we go out on a good note. Looking forward to being moved back down a division next season - can't keep up with all the young whippersnappers anymore.

- A slow day at work today.

- The weekend is here!

Have a great weekend everyone.

A kick ass leg day.

My kids laughter.

The Taco Bell I had today. Made it fit into my macros for the first time in a couple months. Add the bit of ice cream I had after dinner, and it was a great food day

St Patrick's Day on a Friday. Going to have a few drinks at home but not get wasted.

Sore legs. Today was going to be a cardio/leg day but they already feel rubbery from lifting & cardio all week. I will make up for it this weekend.

Primordial, Irish metal band currently listening to their live album Gods to the Godless.

Good meetup with a friend this afternoon.

Tonight saw a bunch of friends from out of the gym @gym which isn't typical.

Thought about some friends I haven't seen in a while and was grateful for them as a part of my life. Decided to stop procrastinating about seeing them again soon.

Interesting day, as they were all unrelated.

-For the gf agreeing to practice that workout routine I have to teach with me today.

-For getting some pants i ordered online in the mail today. I don't usually buy clothes online but I did once when I needed a pair and didn't have a lot of money. Ended up loving the way this brand fit.

-For discovering a new band (Dance Gavin Dance) that I can't stop listening to

Safe travels and being home.

Lifting better raw than the guys with belts, straps, chalk, wraps etc.... slamming 60 lbs dumbells like they were 150s.

Planning ahead and being home a day and a half before I go back to work. Gotta rest up after a vacation.
Come and take it.

1)Physical activities. They make me feel alive with that rush of adrenaline and endorphins. Even dominating my nephews in some easy mode basketball is a good time.

2) Actually went out for St. Paddy's day. First time I've been out in a party setting since my dad passed. Thankful that it reassured me that it just doesn't have a place in my life anymore. There's better places and people I can spend my time with.

3) Early bedtime and the domination that comes in the morning lol

Woke up early today and enjoyed a movie with some coffee & breakfast.

Was supposed to go to Chick-Fil-A with gf for lunch but she had to work late, so I went solo.

Got my grocery shopping done & stopped by the Goodwill for a couple of books and movies.
