I'm grateful for...

- productive meetings.

- a walking desk at the office. Walked for 75 minutes and work, then I don't have to do sprints this evening. YAY

- accomplishing more than I intended today.

- the kids were in a great mood this morning and have behaved for the m.i.l.

- the chick I hired is working out well for our need and I got props for finding her.

- continuing to do well on the diet/workout. My core is tightening up and I'm dropping the fat, cannot complain.

Great deadlift session after work.

At the end of the workout I went for a 5LB pr and it was cake. Guy next to me asked my max and didn't believe it was that.

Felt like I had gas in the tank so I loaded up and hit a 30 pound max. Not easy but no hitching.
Come and take it.

Got to sleep an extra hr today because my co-worker needed to switch shifts. Luckily traffic wasn't bad coming home like I expected.

Ordered some new gym shorts and multivitamin, 1 day prime shipping email from Amazon just came through.

Meal prepping some chicken tonight, trying something different and anticipating delicious results.

-First day back in the gym in over week. Felt good lifting again, and it could've just been me but I seemed a tad bit more vascular today.

-Getting the workout routine I have to teach on Monday done

-Being able to BS my way through this essay I'm currently working on

Today I'm grateful for

- sunny and clear skies. Nice day besides it being cold and windy. More plants keep popping up everywhere in my backyard which is pretty cool. Just shows that spring has come. Then comes summer

- one week away from being sober from opiates for two months. Life is so much better without that chit. Weed is all I need as far as drugs go.

- having a roof over my head. Some people take that stuff for granted. I don't because I'm fortunate.

I'm grateful for...

- getting my steps in at the walking desk again today.

- a great pump with my push session last night.

- an evening with nothing to do. I'll get some stuff packed for my trip this weekend and possibly get a start on cleaning out the garage.

- destroying my Biggest Loser contest so far. First weigh in isn't until Friday, but because I won't be there I weighed in today. Down almost 11lbs and I'm sure I'm one of maybe five people who actually lost.

- connections I make in the gym, whether it's at the office gym or outside gym. Always nice to have a discussion with like minded people.
