Well if TSLA starts accepting Bitcoin for payment.

Someone buying Tesla with BTC will be hit with capital gains tax.

So IRS and SEC might have interest.

This is nothing.

These are healthy profit taking dips.

Its not like market is down 1000 points.

If i were in (I wasn't) I'd have taken profit immediately on open and waited for a dip durnig the day (like now)

you can't expect a stock to open up 40% and keep gaining throughout the day without a correction

You’d have to think that when some of the largest market caps in the market start buying crypto that congress will like address this issue ASAP.

I’m actually 100% cash rn.

Something will be done.

Crypto mining is gigantic waste of electricity.

Who cares if they are paying the bill? I promise you the electric companies are OK with it. Although I wonder how it affects weed flyovers by helicopters? Does it show the same thing someone growing a massive amount of weed would show?

Choppy day. Account went from comfortably green to red and now back to slightly green. Only green because of my trading gains for the day though.

Also added back some SKLZ on that dip.

Yeah, they're gonna start banning cryptos and putting out their own govt. issues digital currencies. Europe will lead the way.

Fun fact: TSLA has made more profit in a month with crypto than they have in 14 years of selling cars.

Would be interesting if all the computations performed by blockchain miners actually went towards something useful, like protein folding or something. Or if software on the cloud could be processed by computers running on the blockchain, so those puzzles being solved aren't meaningless, but actually contributing towards productivity

I'm not stressing, it always has a morning dip. It should recover.

Plus, I'm holding long term, don't wanna get into timing the market and screwing my future gains.

Blockchain validates transactions. It's not meaningless.
