Misc keeps breaking on Friday nights. I swear at least half of the outages this year have been over the weekend. Weโ€™ll be down until Monday or Tuesday is my guess.

Haven't updated my "Shredded September" thread but mostly because of this forum pharking up. Been good about staying off the booze, consistent gym, 10k+ steps, not eating in excess. GF has been temporarily staying over for a while, and she keeps encouraging staying up late all the time, so sometimes I barely had time for the gym before work. The 2nd half of September should go a bit more hardcore, been allowing more carbs in the diet since she's around (she's vegetarian).
