property value has increased. market analysis but realtor has us selling the house 40-50k more than i bought it for.

Shoulders this morning . Took gay ass ****gy ass sleeping pill BC sleep probs lately. Woke up late and felt so chitty during workout. Barely made it 5 mins on stair machine. Wtf never again. Rather just never sleep. Fuk sleeping pills. O well. We chicken and rice post workout. Christmas shopping 99% done. Moti 10217% broke. Now we PlayStation since it's no degrees outside
