If not a reset, I would suggest multiplying everyone's rep power by 0.1 or 0.05 or something (a math genius can work that out). It doesn't make sense for rep power to be the same level as when there were thousands of active members repping and negging each other, now that there are only a couple handfuls of members.

It's nice to have as a buffer, and seem forum is healthier this way as well. Still haven't negged anyone since joined in 2012. Well , ironcharles once by mistake. Been negged here already, but not doing it back so far. I can understand low reppers and reds - I tried to help a bit but makes no difference. Just give all 20k or something...I dunno.
