Had potential to hit 52.5 based on a PR 4 by 200 workout ran in mid Oct 2013 after the initial 53.35 but ran out of warm weather and couldn't get it due to 35 degree temps which made it impossible to get....Ran 1 second faster in the 4 by 200 and hit a PR in it right after the 53.35 but ran out of warm weather.. Was pissed about it.. Definitely had potential to get 52.50-52.75 at a full 215 LBS body weight based on that workout too....

Damn now even this shit pumps me the fuck up just re-reading the situation... Now i'm going to have to get my smith machine bench press to 505 for 1 to really rub it in the face of this pussy ass cop that he's a pussy on steroids.. And nothing he accomplishes even counts.
