Nah bro, I think a single digit BF% in the 180's at 5'9 is attainable natty
Like I said before, it would be a similar physique, wouldn't have the same insertions, genetics, etc. that made Zane the GOAT
That being said, I think attaining a physique anywhere near similar would take over a decade of consistent training/nutrition

I think most miscers really don't know what they can achieve natty. They've been training for two or three years and think they've hit their peak as soon as chit gets hard. As a brah that has been dedicated to lifting for five years, I will say that even my half a decade isn't chit. I'm still making corrections and learning new things about training/nutrition everyday. That learning really allows you to progress even further. In my experience, the people whining about their genetics and chit are usually the ones that think they know everything, when usually that is furthest from the truth.

Serge Nubret was like a demi-god to me when I first started lifting. I thought if I could only be half as aesthetic as him I'd be all set.

If you care that much about how your physique looks then hop on tour de france!!
I hopped on the tour out of curiousity as semi dedicated lifter. You guys think about macros, gym, bodybuilding all day long. On top of that you base your self worth on how good your body looks. Just take the needle (flu shot) and stop complaining you pusies!!!

I found out it wasn't Natty...I didn't get mad. But I just considered heading down that same route. Whether it was Achievable as natty or on cycles, It was still a goal of mine and Id be willing to put in the hardwork and dedication that comes along with it.

3 years of hard training and that is about as big as you are going to get, at that point some lifters will go on the sauce while the others will start eating a lot of calories get fat and believe in their mind that they are big.

Unless you know everything you need to know about training and nutrition before even starting

Assuming 5'10 10-12% and IMO
anything below 190lbs is achievable without question.
anything from 190-225lbs falls into a grey area where it can or can't be depending on genetics, years lifting, knowledge, APPLICATION of knowledge.
anything from say 230lbs and above at 10-12% at 5'10 would more than likely be enhanced but who knows...

I'm not convinced that Steve Cooks physique is not natty (srs), but i do feel his physique is completely impossible to attain unless you have absolutely top tier genetics.
Dude was benching 225lbs in 7th grade. I forgot how much he said he was benching as a senior in HS but it was something crazy strong. He built an awesome base by playing football in HS and in college and doing compound lifts for many many years. Its really not that crazy to me that he looks this good once he focused on bodybuilding. In college he was a 245lb linebacker so him dropping 30lbs and already having a great base and great strength, i expect him to look awesome.
But i could be wrong. I'm not that great at picking out fake nattys. I just feel like he legitimately is one of the most genetically gifted athletes around, thus still making his physique almost impossible to get.

225 and 9-10% BF at 5'10 was my goal during my early 20s...I remember realizing I wouldnt get close in 2008 or so. Once I found out I didnt really care. I knew what it took to get to get myself to 235 and 17-18% BF and I wouldnt want to live and breath training, its way to hard on our bodies.
Im definitely more then satisfied with my current state though.

Give me another five years and I guarantee I can sit in the 180's at a single digit BF%
This chit takes a long time, any physique that is admirable usually took over a decade of consistency to achieve
