put a 10k down payment on a 25k car and youll be paying 200-230 a month.

Strong join date to post content ratio. But I agree. I am going to drive my 99 into the ground. It only has 72k miles and I have no monthly payment on it. In the meantime I'm going to reduce my spending to try and save at least $20k this year to put into my savings and start my Roth IRA/401k instead.

Really am looking for something under $25 that is has aesthetic interior and is comfortable/fun to drive
brah, 600 a month is cheap as fark for rent, so you live in a low cost area. You can affoard all of those.... however there is a big difference in maintenance cost or cost of fixing them between some of those choices... example bmw vs altima. I would avoid the bmw then for that reason.

Yeah I have 4 points on my record right now from a ticket that I should have taken to court (speeding). My insurance is a lot right now but I usually just pay it in full every year so I don't have to look at it and cry every month.

Have to wait 3 years before that gets taken off. Das not it mane........ For instance I pay $3,200/yr to insure my 1999. srs. It's sad I know.

Yeah I do pay the larger half + utilities because my brother is still going to school full time. Luckily in a year he'll be done and be making better money.

But yeah for the price it's pretty nice, and it's about 200ft away from a huge mall and countless other stores so other than work I only drive about a mile to get to wherever I need to be.

sports car - older model corvette or m3, maybe wrx since you're in MI
SUV - jeep, toyota


scrap that list and start over, given your location and with $20k budget I'd go with a 2015/16 jeep cherokee

I'm going to give you the best answer.

Keep your car. It's worth more than 2k. Take that 350 a mth payment you wanted to make and pay it to yourself in a side account for a year. That's 4200. Sell your car for 3k and buy a 7200 car for cash. Do it twould more times and in three years you are driving a 14k paid for car instead of 3 yrs into a 5yr plan on a 25k car that's now worth about 15k.

Do that and you'll be able to change cars every two or three years for life and never make another payment.

its a 1999 Chrysler 300m... fully loaded, heated seats, flip screen, Bluetooth, tinted windows, clean as fuk bought it with 43k miles... absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Just a word of advice, do not buy older beamers. Knew a buddy who bought a 5 year old m3, lets just say its sat in the shop more than he's driven it.
