I train with two top-ranked 181 lifters both have failed 675 (7 plates) conventional pulls in comps within the last year and they have both been training for a long fukin time. We get that you're trolling but there are people that might buy this bullchit.

Post the video here. I'd like to take another look.

20kg blue plates. I actually had ablack mixture of blue and black 20kg plates but switched them all to blue because i knew someone would accuse me of being a fake.

One under, one over grip. Always lifted that way. And the bar doesn't bend that much with that weight. Got guys that can deadlift 7 plates at my gym and even then it doesn't bend as much as I thought it would

FYI, there are a lot of good deadlifters here. 5 plates for 10 reps is not uncommon in that bodyweight range (myself included), going up to 7 is a whole different ball game even if for 1 rep. Only 181lbs that I can think of in the site that can 7 plate is Kbooey. There are others close to it though.

And yeah I assume my bench form is cht because at times my shoulders and elbows and joints start hurting. I also assume so is my squat but I do hit depth...In regards to bench i Just recently started training shoulders to try get it up and have been doing standing OHP, think I have 80kg for one now but should be able to improve that soon. i think lagging shoulders may be the reason they start hurting when i bench
I'm going to start taking everything alot more seriously now and revising my form. I'll have a look at said video srs, tnx man.

Yeah i know it's not amazing but I think I've hit a milestone which tells me to take this more serious now. I want to get that for 20 and then I'll feel good
Aware of kbooey and that guy is insane, lol. There are strong deadlifters on here, I agree, but I know I have way more in me and tons of room for improvement which will help things fall into place. There's really no point in me blabbing and trying to make claims, I'll just keep my mouth shut and try to do it, but I just honestly believe I can acheieve that - That's all.
Just my opinion anyway and i know for sure it won't be easy
