I'm torn between the 10/10 loyal soulmate and the $350k. With $350k I can invest it and start a business with it and turn it into millions within a few years. But I think I would be happier with a 10/10 soulmate so I'm leaning towards that.

Thats why I specifically said "trade" the house for something. Im not selling it. Im using it as leverage to get something else, like possibly a franchise or a couple of francises.

Isnt that what you essentially do with cash? Trade cash in exchange for goods or services?

Soulmate, or 350 cash since we can't sell the house, car, etc. Already have a STEM degree, and can use the cash to start a business.

The perfect girl. It's a no brainer really.

Chanel said it best.
The best things in life are free. The second best are very, very expensive.

Though you could say the sloot just cost a $1 mill home, so not really free now is it.

A paid off $1M house not difficult to achieve eh? Any ******* can take out a loan but it being completely paid for is a different story. Few pay their normal houses off before they're in their 60s-70s, much less a million dollar one.

Plus the 10/10 hbb could get cancer and die, get raped/murdered, whatever. The house (or its equity) has permanence.

why do miscers always have to be smart and try find loopholes in the OP lmao. Couldn't you just read my thread and take it for what it was and simply choose one based on the info given.

brb miscers planning on renting the house out, tearing it down and selling the land, worrying about property tax, having bad neighbours etc
I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.
