It's somebody's life, dude. You speak about that like it's valueless.. he just had a fit of anger and did something stupid, unfortunately to someone who had a gun and used it. I didn't even say the homeowner was wrong for shooting him, since he was 100% justified. That's what makes the story more tragic, a misunderstanding between two people lead to someone dying.

Mate.. it was 12:00AM and I was proper tired. I wasn't about to ring up a service and wait to get in.

No one is saying he didn't get what was coming to him, the guy who shot him was completely justified. What's being painted here is how he's a scumbag piece of chit who was going to beat/murder his gf, when we don't have enough evidence to make this accusation.

fair enough. But it's not any more wrong to assume that a guy willing to break down two doors is seeing red and ready to commit a violent act, than it is to assume he was doing it out of concern for his girlfriend/ex/whatever's safety. All we can do is assume since he's dead
