Two weeks srs, even less. One week in i saw a strong progress but i shrugged it off as placebo or whatever. Confirmed it in the following days.

Barber told me to spray a little on the affected areas, but of course i went HAM on that **** and soak my hair with it every night. Make sure it gets to the scalp and it stays wet, and let it dry off. Smells good as well

Think my hair is beyond the point of saving...but desperate enough to give it a shot. Are you currently on any other hairloss treatments? If so, are you sure it's not a results of those meds instead?

Are there any ready made formulas on the market that is equally effective? I'd hate to have to keep buying fresh rosemary and boiling it every other day.

what's the disadvantages? i read that it's good for dry, itchy scalp with dandruff

Just nizoral, but it never reverted my hair loss, been using it for years. Then i started losing my hair again two months ago, and i just started using the treatment in OP and it reverted it back to how i was a year ago or so. Maybe it works better for recent MBP affected areas, but wont hurt to try

I have done it just once and i have used it for 2 weeks, and still have about 70%left. And i spray A LOT.

It works for a bunch of different hair-related **** supposedly. Look it up. No disadvantages though, other than smelling funny after using it. It has a STRONG smell.

Nah man not weed, smells nice but just very strong. I use it every night, soak my hair wet with that spray and just leave it on. Your hair folicles just swallow that **** immediately lol, they thirsty as fuk for minerals. Strong broscience

I'll bite. Do you wash that off or spray before bed and leave overnight? How much rosemary and water? Are you sure it's not rosemary needles poking out of your scalp?

i take one 10,000mcg pill a day and im good. it also supposedly helps your nails too but who cares about nails right.

Thanks for the neg. I was just saying that because you said you check your hair all day everyday and focus so much on it. I have been there though at one point. It is not a good feeling.

I tried almost everything though. Biotin, rogaine, niz, coconut oil, castor oil, shakes every morning with veggies, beats, tumeric, etc, argan oil, jojoba oil, you name it.

Did jack ****. Nothing but wasted time and money. Shaved my head and feel like a new person. Feel liberated from the stress of worrying about balding.

Think i look better with hair, but hey i feel better bald. And no I am not fishing for compliments or anything. Just telling the truth
