The US is great and all, but it's rotting from the inside out because of liberals. The cancer that is liberalism needs to be cut out from this body in order for it to survive ASAP.

Ratio and quality are all good here along with a very large student population... University of Cologne has over 63,000 students and there are more schools. Also lots of media and arts in addition to surrounding chemical industry, automotive, and refining jobs. When there is an event we have 18M residents in the state of NRW. Berlin is a hipster island in East Germany.
