Next time you sit out in the sun, send a mental thought to the sun asking for more healing rays then sit and bask in it's light srs

You'll notice a different feeling if you have sharp senses

In the summer, spring, and fall I will be outside for at least two hours a day. Spring and summer I'm outside from 3:30 when I'm out of work until night time pretty much. Winter is cold as hell here and we get tons of snow. I do ski pretty often but maybe I'll try out a vitamin D supp. I do get kind of lethargic and chitty feeling in the winter months.

agreed. idk about 2 hrs. 1hr max. (phoenix az area..). but yes, it just helps so much. ive taken vitamin d for a while now because i realize i dont get nearly enough in general, and it helps, but it absolutely doesn't replace actually *getting* the direct sun for atleast 30min a day. it truly is great.

2 hours in phx is possible with intermittent pool dips.

"All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible. This, I did." - T.E. Lawrence.

“To every man upon this earth
Death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better
Than facing fearful odds,
For the ashes of his fathers,
And the temples of his gods” - Horatius.
