The thing is though, in some cultures, parents prefer kids to stay home, not pay rent but you HAVE work!

This is how it is in the Armenian/Iranian/Italian cultures. The idea is, you live with your parents rent free providing that you are working towards a goal that makes life easier. I don't get the video obsession at all, I mean, parents aren't going to live forever and life is unpredictable so its good to have or develop some money making skills.

For example, my interest is to learn all styles of physical training from weights to plyometrics and any other training regimen. I cant do that properly if I am stuck at a soul sucking job.
