Well if she's lying there totally silent/not making any noise at all you should probably check for a pulse LOL. I just threw in my 2 cents on the, "all women should be screaming" during sex and the big O's because it's simply not true.

When you're completely relaxed with a clear mind the big O is going to be more intense/powerful and explosive. If you start screaming before you're ready to let go it kinda throws the orgasm off. You'll still get there but it's not as earth shattering as it could've been...almost lack luster so to speak.

I'm not sure if that makes sense but I don't know how else to explain it.
