I can rep out 100s for DB shoulder press and my shoulders don't come out popping close to that. I'm not jelly just providing evidence of creatine usage
Everybodies genetics are not the same. Having said that as i mentioned the time frame and the way they pop out does not seem natty.

So many retards ITT its seriously unbelievable.
now here me out im not accusing op'ie of teching although hes progress is INSANE for such short amount time

First of all you dont go from skinny fat phuck to ronie coleman in one cycle or even after years of creatine usage
second weight is irrelevant in bodybuilding you dont need to be 200+ lbs to look insane
matt ogus was 160 on stage .CG was 166 and looked phenomenal.
Also op'ie has some pretty weird proportions which might be caused by tech.
So yeah its not wonder that ppl might think that this is transformation sponsodered by muscle tech

Non skinny fat people don't realize how hard it is to get rid of the 'skinny fatness'.

Not saying the transformation is completely impossible, but to get THAT lean, add so much muscle, and all in 1.5 years?

Especially going from zero delts to 3D bowling ball delts is questionable

Most skinny fat people seem to have sht delts anyway

Not hating though Gj regardless

This lol. If you look at his before pic he never had popping shoulders. If you're broad shouldered you'll be that way before you start lifting so it isnt just genetics at play.

I get that everybody's genetics aren't the same but if you look at his before pics, he didn't have strong delt genetics to begin with and it isn't like your genetics change too much when you start lifting to make you broad shouldered and delto popping, especially after 1.5 years

Skimmed though thread and found it hilarious.

All the guys accusing OP of being non-natty have been making those same accusations on the misc for 1.5 years+ and BIG SURPRISE they're either no avi's or they've looked the same/unimpressive for as long as I can remember.

Maybe if they spent some time putting in actual work and focusing on themselves rather than making excuses and flinging accusations over the internet they'd have actually gotten somewhere like the OP did.

I have to tip my hat to you career gain-less fools who spend all your time on a bodybuilding forum and get no where, that's the real extraordinary accomplishment here.

If you guys can't cope with people teching then bodybuilding probably isn't for you. It's pretty damn common, there's alot of people out there that want it worse then you do.

That being said, if you come in last place and didn't "cheat" to get there; great no one gives a phuck. At the end of the day you still lost

If you want a tech physique then tech to get it, if you don't that's on you. But don't sit there and dog on people that do, you come off as insecure little ****s.

If you're happy with a brad pitt from fight club physique then don't tech. Its really fukin simple because unless you're some anomaly that's what you're going to end up with more or less.

People teching are probably working harder then you too, JFYI. If they want it bad enough to put their health at risk I can almost guarantee they're working harder then you too.
