It is. They have caught 2 in different states. One was a older man, but looked he weighed 90# wet. Was a ginger too.

The other was a 14 year old. They won't release his name, since he is a juvenile.

How cops haven't caught these guys. Is beyond me. Just put a clown costume on and find one, then get the details of their organization. Which I am leaning more towards a reddit, ******** or 4chan page that is organizing these idiots walking around. They are probably taking pics and laughing at all the stupid peasants being scared of a stupid clown.

These peoples fear have given the clowns power. Remove that childish fear, and you have drunk idiots walking around as clowns.

So apparently the clown sightings began first time in 1981.....with many cases around the country reported. But back then no internet and social media, so story did not get much attention. Bottom line is this. Any idiot dressed as a clown trying to scare people, should be not surprised to get his head blown off. Im strapped and will shoot first ask questions later. No i do not have any sympathy for idiots dressed up as clowns, esp now its a dangerous time to be stupid, sooner or later one of them will get his head blown off.
