I can relate, my mind has been a mess since i was born, and all i had was the gym, and now my back is fuked since last year and my depression has gone up a lot. im not gonna suicide but im not gonna pretend that over the years i havent thought of it.

Absolutely tragic. I can relate to him. My gains have slowly deteriorated due to health issues keeping me from the gym the last couple years. I know the feeling of having something you love taken away from you. It just feels so unfair.
