Not saying he was right for doing it but if it was a scuffle between 2 guys would it have made national news? If it was a girl that punched a guy would it have made national news? A girl geets punched for talking chit and spitting on a guy and people lose their chit.....sick of it

As for the spitting...if someone spits on u that to me is the same as them hitting u. U don't know what diseases she has...to me, spitting in ur face is the same as punching ur face, and if u spit in someone's face u better be ready to get knocked the fuk out...act like a man, get treated like a man...so if she spit in his face it is justified to do what he did....having said that, I didn't see her spit in his face, and if all she did was talk shyt to him then yeah he fukt up by punching her

Even if she spat on him he went WAY over the top for this to be considered self defense as the defense has to be of reasonable force, not a full on hook to the gabber.

No WK, I'm the first to say equal lefts for equal rights but in this case that didn't happen.

We had 2 girls go at in a few minutes before close in the middle of summer at our bar.

The one girl rocked the other, ripped her hair out, black eye, etc. So the one who got beat up wanted to press charges for getting attacked for no reason.

The beaterupper said she spit on her, which is why she punched the fuk outta her.

I was there the day the police came and grabbed the footage from our security cameras on a thumb drive.

End result?

The smaller girl DID spit on the other, who confronted and got into a fight with her (and beat up the smaller one) and the cops gtfo to the girl who initiated it by spitting.

Spit = assault. And in our case, it justified her getting the crap punched out of her.
