I got the update, new looks for egg timers and medals. Also successful catch bonuses if you have medals for different types of pokemon. Every time you encounter a mon, it will show a catch bonus icon at the top of the screen if it's active for you.


Haven't tried out the new training setup yet.

Just need one decent dratini and growlthe to evolve holy ****. Almost level 28 and dont have either a dragonite or arcanine. Also realize ill never get a machop ever.

Plus struggling to run enough to level my snorlax and lappie. So jealous of you brahs with tons of snorlazes

I still don't have a Dragonite and I'm almost level 31. Also only hatched one Snorlax and that's all I have seen

Oldest one that's still in my bag and not transferred is a Doduo I hatched from an egg on 7/12. Have only caught one other one since :/

the chsrmander I started with lol. 7/7. Next oldest is the first snorlax I caught 8/4 like 80% but only 313 CP

Well I'm pleasantly surprised...got my 3rd Snorlax out of the egg. Only 76%, but with Earthquake and digging the 19 candies I can use to power up my 96% one.

Anyone notice even egg hatches aren't yielding extremely high IV Pokmon anymore? Would've definitely thought your snorlax would've been 85 or higher.

Just found out the max gyms you can hold and get credits for is 10. I took over 12 and figured it was a glitch because it said 10 still. I got rewarded 5k dust and 100 points and it said 12 gyms on the reward. Apparently if you work for something it's unfair and you don't get a bonus.

I think a cap is good. You would have people getting 1000 coins a day and 50000 stardust a day. These would be particularly spoofers and botters. The advantage of having more than ten gyms currently is to buffer yourself from losing those ten from the inevitable gym takeovers.

Feels man. See all these people with tons of snorlaxes and im sitting here with the sole one i caught and no candy running all over the city, literally, to try and get candy.

Added like 4 pokemon to level 10 gyms last night, spend well over an hour training them up myself, to find out right before i could collect today that 3/4 had been knocked out. These were my top guys 2300, 2200 CP and midway through the gym.

i see nothing but Mystic where I live too. I think me, and the guys I specifically play with are the only Valor that still play. Most of the valor people I think were the casuals that quit by now, and instinct just never had the numbers to begin with.
I remember them giving Chansey hyper beam not too long ago. Honestly I don't know why.

Yep was almost a guarantee you'd get an 80+ mon out of an egg. If I didn't already have 2 90+ Snorlax's I'd have been livid about getting a 76 out of an egg.

Catching high IV mons has really become impossible too. If I even get something over 70 it's a miracle...98/100 that I catch are in the 60's or lower.

Nice that they reduced evolution animation time - wish they would do the same for catch animation. TFW I'm crusing through downtown and 3+ pokemon all spawn at the same time so I have choose between stopping traffic or only catching one of them...
