I have just turned 19, and I don't know if i'm done with puberty. I'm asian. My penis is around 5.5 inches long (I don't really care), and I am 5'6" (I do care a lot). I have a tiny body, very small frame and my hands and wrists are smaller than girls. This is horrible, aren't these supposed to be the best years of your life? I just look like a joke when I'm around my friends, I have many friends that literally look they could be my father.
Because of my childish appearance, I get no respect whatsoever. I even get occasional comments from freshman "badasses", that don't even realize I am older than them. I tried lifting weights, trying to gain some weight, and make myself appear older. I did it for a long time, about 7 months, and I did everything right, I ate a specialized diet, and everything but a little pre-pubescent 12 year old body can't become muscular, what was I thinking, it holds me back in everything I ****ing do! It just shatters my confidence every time I look in the mirror, I will be in the gym, feeling good about myself, and almost forget about it, I'll feel tough, my age, like a 19 year old should feel; I look up to the mirror expecting to see a muscular young man with veins popping out of his forearms; I look at the mirror, and my heart just drops, I see a skinny little child, staring back at me, this can't be me! I do not feel as if I am this person, yet I am, my self-image, does not correlate with how I actually look. I'm not asking to be a 6'2'' footballer, just to have a average height, and be able to workout and go out like everybody.

How am I supposed to go out, and feel good about myself, when every time I meet somebody new, the first thing they ask me, is whose little brother am I? How am I supposed to be confident; when people remember me; not as the guy whose nice, or that funny guy, but the guy that looks like he's 12. It is not just in my head, I get it everywhere, I have grown accustom to it, and I am almost shocked if someone doesn't comment about my childish appearance. Btw, I am adopted by white parents and my mother thinks I am all right, yeah.. and my father doesn't understand my pain, he is almost 6'4'' and tells me: you are the way you are, workout will change nothing.

My body has made me embarrassed to meet new people, or see people who I haven't seen in a while. I try to avoid meeting old friends because I would be embarrassed for them to see me, looking the same I did, 6 years ago. Everywhere I go, I carry this constant stigma about my childish appearance. I am not a man, I am a child at most, I am more of a little girl than I am a man. What I just hope is that my puberty is not ended. I do have some pubic hair, and I recently (2 or 3 months ago) grow some armpit hair (not a lot) but i'm asian and I know we don't have a lot of hair. Oh yeah, and I am babyface too... I used to pray God, but now I don't see the point of it. I do not have any special talent, maybe just a bit smarter than the average in math, physics, but nothing else and I am far from being a genius.

This frustrates me to no end, I hate watching the best years of my life just fly by my ****ing face, with nothing I can do about it but the worst is not knowing if im going to stay like this forever.
I have a appointement with my doctor the 24 oct. but I don't think he'll be willing to prescribe me hgh.. he'll probably tell me to wait.. but I feel it will be to late if i wait (i'm 19), if it's not already. I to know if my puberty is delayed or not?
What can I do, I feel like I'd like to never be born.
