People have always told me that they were able to see the US flag from their telescope...

I have always thought there is a good deal of plausibility behind a faked moon landing. Primarily being competition between the US and the Russians. But at the same time I think the Russians would have a field day if they knew that the US never pulled it off.

I also dont really pay much attention to flat earthers...but I have been very interested in the idea of simulation theory which has been gaining ground in the scientific community. The idea that the earth may not have any kind of consistent shape at all but could, instead, be some kind of virtual realm. There have been a lot of respectable scientists who have made similar allusions. I think Elon Musk talked about it too.

Either way...I dont think NASA is being straight at all with what information it has about the worlds beyond our own. I am starting to think its entire purpose is propaganda and disinformation.

engineers and scientists base all of their calculations off of the idea that the earth is spherical. People have circumnavigated the globe in boats and planes and naturally formed disk shaped objects in space doesn't even make sense.

Watch videos of astronauts on the ISS. When they're fooling around with liquids, the default shape the liquid makes is spherical that goes for pretty much everything in the universe.

No i'm not. This proves how very little of the sciences you've taken. Science classes (physics classes in this case) have labs portions where you get to physically reproduce experiments and see them play out in real time.. I've literally calculated the math myself, and of all the experiments i've done there has been nothing that gave any indication or even hinted at the earth being flat in any way whatsoever.

I'll open my eyes and think outside the box when I see the math that proves otherwise....not unless you think Math (that we have been using for thousands of years) is wrong too, in which case this conversation is over because you're far too gone to be saved.

You are allowed to freely explore...and there would be edges all around the entire world, how could their possibly be no edge? I personally know people that have done several deep Antarctic expeditions and I live on the very most western part of Canada far off the mainland.

I also work on the ocean and have been hundreds of miles off the west coast of Canada and I know people personally that have sailed directly from Vancouver Island to Japan as well as people that have gone from the east coast to Europe.
