Peanut butter, when manufactured and warehoused, has an acceptable limit on how much rat hair and dead insects it may contain.

Produce has been picked over by people that finger their noses, scratch their butts and cough into their hands.

Don't worry, though. You already have more bacteria living in your guts than there are human beings living on the face of the earth. If you're getting enough Fiber, that bacterial fauna should be working for you rather than against you.

Oh I forgot to mention that mass produced milk contains puss and other excrement discharging from ravaged cow utters.

So unlike most here i believe in a yearly cleanse, the stuff simply works for me personally. During the research process i found a company, Dr. Natura, and used the colon cleanse kit with great results. One of the products called Paranil, has parasite removing ingredients and worked after following the 60 day program. I bet we all have worms in us from foods, but we need the correct products to remove them.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

I do a daily clense when I take 4 scoops of preworkout and chit my brains out for 30 minutes
