you need to work on your jaw muscles, eat lots of chewing gum, jerky, steak or anything which requires you to really do some chewing and gives you a pump in your jaw. srs. I know alot of people will spew the old adage of "you can't make your jaw muscles grow" - false, any movement in the human body requires muscles, the masseter is the main jaw muscle and it grows with chewing, see here:

Grow out a beard, use minoxidil if you have too (dead srs it works).
Start lifting? Heavy shrugs, deadlifts, start training your neck (neck bridges/neck raises)
Bulk..some guys look good leaner, others look like a skeleton..you'd look better at higher BF% srs
Better haircut of course.
