i just met my first australian a few weeks ago. we're doing a project together.
couple weeks earlier he was talking himself up like he's the next crocodile dundee.
he calls me in a panicked state with his hilarious accent. i said hold on dude, i'm american, we don't over react, we sit on this for 30 seconds, then come in like alpha dogs and sort things out while we build up forces. he says thank you in a cucklike manner.

5 minutes later his american superior calls me and asks what we need to do to resolve the situation. i tell him "what situation bro? give me 2 hours , i got guys on it" we both laugh. then his boss says "he doesn't know anything", referring to the australian.
