Yeah, the weight should be high enough that you wouldn't reach a 15th rep without falling on your ass if you tried for that last rep or two. Squats and deadlifts are physically draining if you're doing them right.

IMO, roughly 1-5 reps are maximal strength training. 6-8 good balance of strength and size. 9-15 size with some strength and muscular endurance. 20+ reps are almost all muscular endurance training
Most Underrated Exercise: Barbell Hack Squats.

Hold last rep on last set Deadlifts/Hack Squats for easy forearm/upper trap development.

I hate deadlifts to be honest it is an effort to get to 10 -12 with deadlifts. For my goals I should aim for 9-15 ??

6-12 IMO, maybe the odd set a bit higher.

Squats like ATG front squats and back squats (or even box squats) with feet a decent width apart will have the most milage for building an ass. Pick one or two other exercises like barbell hip thrusts, lunges, step-ups (step onto a box/chair with dumbbells in hand), etc to rotate in and out for variety.

I personally would do deadlifts and lift heavy in the upper body as well just for the ability to eat a decent amount of food without getting fat. Even just one day supersetting presses (bench, overhead, dips) and rows (pullups/pulldowns, bent-over rows, t-bar rows, seated cable row) although you should throw in a few more sets of rowing at the end of the supersets as the mid-back/lats/biceps seem to require more stimulation for whatever reason.

When people say lifting heavy, they mean as a percentage of your 1rm. Obviously, "hard work" isn't going to allow you to do like 10 reps of an exercise at like 85% of of your 1rm, there are limits. This means that if you're lifting heavy, you'll be lifting relatively low reps. It has nothing to do with how you're working. You could lift 90% of your max for 2 reps, but have 4 in the tank, and this would be heavy but not 100% exertion. You could be predicted to hit 10 reps at 75% of your max, but go balls to the walls and get 11 or 12, and this would be working hard but not lifting heavy.

Lunges/hip thrusters/leg press, and lateral glute raises (so boring but they do pack on size/dimension in my experience) will kill the glutes. If women were to focus on those four exercises and really strive for that mind to muscle connection and squeeze, n focus on the slow eccentric contraction.....men wouldn't even need to go to the strip club just hit the gym and enjoy the show during rest sets lol

But if I had to pick two, lunges and hip thrusters. But don't underestimate those lateral glute raises targeting the glute meds, those things will blow your ass up like a fckn balloon if you do them right

holy fuk at this amount of unaware miscers virgins

9.9/10 times, booty transformation pics are straight bs... it's taken in different angles, lighting, clothes, etc.. and not to mention the over hyper extension in the progress pic.. always lol when girls expect to grow a butt from lifts... just no, the booty gains will be, if any, veryminimal, if you have no ass to start, it can only grow so far with the weight and equipment you have, and if you keep training harder and getting stronger it will start to turn into a manass dedsrs, the diminishing returns of ass training has a fine line and most girls don't reach it to even see the slightest gain or the go full passed it and now they're stuck with a man butt, congrats

and don't be fooled by these ass pics, every instagram fit chick has a nice ass online but then in person, it's decent at best... i know so many sloots who are into this fit culture and buy into the booty training days, but some actually have a fantastic ass i would gladly eat out of but most are just regular, but wanna know what? somehow all their asses look delicious and amazing in their pics

and from prior experience, girls who have the mighty booty, have it genetically, gym training can only help and tighten it up but it's not gonna get any bigger, girls who have ok or weak butt game, no amount of squatting or training made their butts grow, their legs got nice but no butt gains were seen... and one of the gyms i train at is an oly one, and all we do is squat and oly train, and ive seen so many girls with weird asses come and go, no matter how much they get stronger or more into oly lifting, their asses remain the same or turn into the nasty man butt... and if you can't grow anything from oly training when it's all mostly lower body stuff, time to lay down and rot assless girls, better pray that you find a beta low test miscer who doesn't care about the holy grail

edit: and just in case you virgin miscers start saying 'how come my butt grows from squats' ... you're a fukking male aren't you, you have more test than girls hopefully, you're gonna grow more muscle in general

Nah man there's this girl at my work who literally had nothing. Like the definition of a chick with pancakes. She started working out with her friend and believe me man I'm a freak, I watched that ass grow before my eyes. It honestly impresses me that she was able to gain as much ass as she did in the 7-8 months time she's been working out. Small, skinny chick too but now she's packing the goods. No surprise though, the chick she works out with has the finest ass I've ever seen for a fit girl

I've seen this happen twice btw. One skinny ass white girl. I had more fat near the base of my dick than she had on her entire ass and again, in like 5-8 months, those cheeks were in my dreams

You'll only see little improvement size-wise, but it will get more "tight".
For girls, ass is 98% genetics, so if you already eat well and have pancakes it won't change.

You're delusional if you think you'll have a transformation like in the OP.

Be badass LOL love it ... I always wondered how all these chicks got amazing asses doing f all in the gym. Just like at my gym I see majority of women come in do some cardio and than lift under 5 kilos I just wonder why bother. Than there will be odd women with amazing body who does decent weight session.

I will definitely check out your journal be very interested to see the work out you do.

Thanks

Gonna need some before pics to see what we're working with (srs)

But obviously just go to the gym and do legs/glutes? Rep range 5 - 15 doesn't matter too much but do enoughvolumeand frequency. So if you want to do 5 x 5 squats that's ok... but then do some DB lunges 8 sets of 15 or whatever. And then more sets of something else. Repeat at least 3 x a week. Get the mind muscle connection happening

No you cannot change the overall look/shape that is in your genes. Only jeans to worry about are the ones you're gonna take off now and give us some mirror selfies k

Alright so you're coming off a lo... flat base. Try 2 - 3 years of work and then report back srs. Rome wasn't built in a day. Don't think Rome though - think Naples - dirtier and nowhere near the tourist attractions

I was not miscing for merely 6 months. I remember there was once chick who made thread back then. ONE. And now every second thread is made by a female. What have we become.
This cant be real tea.

About the pic - You are doing that thing where you go with the leg and the butt goes the way you know. You cant compare these two pictures. Either do a measurement or stand exactly the same way= truth

Why not focus on overall growth with some extra programming for glutes/hip hinge/squat/lunges? The whole 'butt transformation' fad is ridiculous. Girls wearing fukin waist trainers and doing 99 sets of donkey kicks. Also, if you suck at squats, you should start adding in lateral lunges and other side to side movements like cossacks - can be used as a warm up or an actual exercise and really gives the glute med a good pump while stretching out your adductors.

That is over exaggeration *every second thread is made by female* that is not true if you look at the front page of the misc. Just that guys notice when females post and they think "omg too many females now" when in reality compared to male posts there are hardly any LOL
