i don't like the worshipping of ANY celeb to be honest cuz it's quite pathetic but you have to admit beyonce has an incredible career and she keeps her private life on lockdown which i respect, no drama or any of the kardashian type chit. she will definitely go down in history as one of the greatest. but yeah it's getting to the point where people are over doing the whole "queen bey" thing.

Compare the depth of the beat in this silly pop song from 1991 to modern pop over 25 years later. Now it's just a two note sub-bass bass line, a kick drum, snare, hi hats, maybe a pad for mid-range. Add some claps in the chorus.

I've definitely enjoyed everything post-BNW. Dance of Death was underrated I thought. Love all their albums. New Deep Purple later this year should be dope.

This is a B-Side from the new Deep Purple album. Their first album was in the late 60's. A band that's 50+ years old is cutting tracks from their album that are better than 100% of the stuff you hear on the radio. Can't wait to hear what made it on the album if they dropped this track. Just great musicianship all around, true legends.

I've always wondered if Aaliyah hadn't died, would she had have taken the crown off Beyonce? I've noticed that Aaliyah and Beyonce are pretty relatable and it's a shame her career had ended so quick just as it had started gaining tons of momentum.

I saw Beyonce perform live with Pearl Jam and it was easily by far the best performance I've ever seen... my father is a sound engineer/producer so I've ended up going to tons of live shows and this one by far took the ****ing cake.

I didn't even get the hype until I had the chance to see a show (srs).

From watching her in interviews back in the day, Aaliyah always seemed so sweet and humble. If she were still alive, I'm sure that she would've still been the same way if she became just as famous as these current pop stars/celebs.
