Ouch OP that's pretty f*cking horrible. I had pinworms not too long ago and freaked the f*ck out when I looked in my @$$h0le and saw them crawling. They also itched like f*cking mad. Totally harmless but absolutely f*cking horrifying. After taking the meds and getting rid of them I went online and bought more of the medication online just in case I ever caught it again.

Sounds like you have tapeworm.
