Girls stop growing when they are 18 and that is when you are legally an adult so technically, no.

But I just hope you are not one of the guys who think a woman expires at 25 and is 'old' by 30.

If by 'attracted' you mean you want to fuk them. No, it's completely normal to be attracted to every girl that's past puberty.

25+ year old guys who want to date 18 year olds is pretty messed up though IMO. I dated one when I was 24 and got tired of her childish bullchit problems within a month.
