I think the 2 issues need to be separated and that's where Vegan's have trouble using their brains... Probably due to a lack of protein.

My GF's sister is a hardcore Vegan and was complaining that the photographers on Planet Earth wouldn't stop and assist the animals they were filming while in their natural habitat. I argued for an hour that interacting with them and assisting them would screw up their ecosystem, and probably kill off something else in the process as a domino effect, but she wouldn't listen.
Why would she listen? As higher dimensional species we can put our hand and influence a better life for all life forms. We all come from the same life force, whether we're plant, animal, human, elemental, etc etc. So we must respect all life forms being we are of the same essence.

A lot of the suffering and killing that goes on is unnecessary and done for greed, and a large reason for the meat eating is stupid conditioning.

You can argue with vegans all you like, but how you think comes right back to you.

Probably more I missed but those all have about zero scientific proof for them. The proof is to the contrary, that lean meat is healthy for you. Provides important nutrients and cancer fighting properties.

Also I probably think fatty meat is healthy for you. Problem is studies often group fatty meat eaters with other bad life habits (smoking, no exercise, etc)

From Lyle McDonald:

Since everybody is losing their crap over this new study on PROCESSED meats and cancer risk. Read this and memorize it please. feel free to post it on anybody's wall who shares this nonsensical garbage.

Typical high processed meat diet = lots of fatty red meat overcooked. Minimal fruit and veggies. Stress, alcohol, smoking, no exercise, excess bodyfat. Of course it's unhealthy. In the context of the other half a dozen bsad health habits.

Typical lean red meat diet = lean red meat, lean people, exercise, plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Bad health habits almost always cluster together.
So do good habits.

Trying to isolate out a single bad health habit among a string of them is a losing battle and the research showing that LEAN red meat improves health, that meat has a number of importance health and ANTI-CANCER nutrients are numerous.

MULTI-FACTORIAL. everyone needs this tatted on their head.

No, I am NOT saying that processed meats are healthy. I am saying that the jump from highly processed meats to ALL meats is as dumb as the jump from high-fat diets to ALL fats. Meats are not a single category of foods. There are lean meats, fatty meats and everything in-between. They have different effects and read this carefully

HEALTH IS NEITHER AN ON-OFF SWITCH NOR CAN ANY SINGLE FOOD BE CONSIDERED OUTSIDE OF THE CONTEXT OF THE ENTIRE LIFESTYLE.
I agree with you. Many meats can be healthy and heavily processed meats are most likely bad just as with any other heavily processed foods however, that doesn't really matter to me. All i care about is, can a vegan/vegetarian diet be as healthy as an omnivorous diet? The answer to this question is yes, and in many cases it can be an healthier option for many people. Therefore there really is no reason to eat meat.

Being vegan you can put on just as much muscle mass, strength, and size. I've been vegan 15 months, and I can still bench 350 at 180, deadlift 500+ no problems, still just as lean and have as much muscle, etc.

It's not hard at all. You just have to know what to do.
stop driving your car

stop flying on planes

stop using electricity

stop living in your house

those things cause 100x more animal suffering than eating meat lol

Vegan cheese is absolutely fowl. Props for being able to tolerate it.

A vegan asked to suck my dick because he "needed the extra protein."

Said if I didn't explode in his mouth he would die or something.

Can you recommend some evidence-based unbiased sources for education? I only eat fish and sparingly milk products at the moment and I am looking to transition into vegan diet.
