China would implode in a conventional war. The ensuing famine alone would probably result in an uprising, or at the very least cripple the Chinese to such an extent that the US could take what they wanted.

id say so, asians are ferocious fighters and americans are known pussies who call in air support whenever they hear a gun shot. .. after the initial wave of destruction where you rely on the civilian poulations to fight its simply no contest. americans cant live without their hotdogs and beer while asians can survive on eating grass and dirt plus the fact that the avg american is grossly overweight id give the win to china man to man no nukes

This nation is more divided than China. Too many races and ethnicity's that don't feel obligated to fight for a cause that ain't their own. It's a guaranteed that all Asians in America will be quarantined in a world war with China. That alone is a bring problem in this nation because the virtue signalers from those groups will start a civil war. Also there is zero chance China can occupy America because of it's strategic location in North America and Americans can't occupy the Chinese in their own land because of terrain advantages they have.

China has a self-sufficency agriculture policy for key crops and produces food for 20% of the worlds population. Killing China's food imports wouldn't lead to a catastrophe.

Now does America have the capabilities to beat China in a skirmish? Yes, but to conquer their continent without nukes? No.

More bombs were dropped on vietnam that WW2 and the manlet VC warriors still gave the yanks a kick up the arse.

No, China could not win a 1v1 war vs the US, almost impossible
The US have bases all around China, Japan included, bigger and more advanced Navy, more than 5 times larger Air, more fighting experience since they've been fighting pretty much since they exist, more oil production and reserves, the only comparison they lose in is manpower sheer numbers, where China tops them by almost 5 times, but men have to eat, while machines dont

The oil production argument alone would be enough to determine the war, china would run out of gas pretty soon while the US could self sustain alot longer

That said I think the scenario of a US vs The World is ridiculous, the EU alone could take on the US, the EU has a bigger GDP than the US and is is spending 2 times less than them annually for its military expenses, the US is already military speaking bringing its A game while EU is just chillin, if it awoke it would be a stalemate pretty much forever as although it wouldnt be able to put boots on the ground neither would the US

The uk is no longer in the EU though

Our Trident nuclear system is based around "sanitized" US code. This means that our own government doesn't know if we could launch our nukes towards the US, if the US could launch our own nukes...we just don't know. Only US nationals are allowed to look at and modify the code. Pretty silly really.

The US has been stock piling weapons since WWII. The Chinese budget has only recently increased greatly in the last 15 years and our budget is still 3x larger. They don't have a navy. They have a questionable airforce. They have tons of people. The fight would definitely happen in China.
