Feel like around 35 little aches and pains take a little longer to recover from. I'm more prone to feel like chit after a heavy meal. Definitely more greys. Habits, sleep cycles, etc are starting to cement. I can still drink as much but hangovers are worse.
Not all doom and gloom. Life feels better in general, especially outlook and perception. I've got a family but I get attention from a wider range of women than I ever did before. It's no joke when you're out alone with a baby sloots definitely mire. I suppose that's one of mother nature's way of trolling...
BTW still play rugby, most of my teammates are 10+ years younger and I still can hang.

2. No longer get sensitive over stupid chit, especially in regards to females.
3. Generally 21-25, though occasionally younger. I find that the older I get, the harder it is to get along with women in their 30s and late 20s. My girlfriend just turned 24. I teased her that she's getting a little long in the tooth.
4. I'm alright with it, though it could certainly be better. I have more mass now, but I'm also not as lean. Mostly because I no longer box and haven't really done any other cardio to replace it. And I still look young. Having good skin and being in decent shape really helps.
5. No gray body hair yet, though I have some on my head. I dye my hair occasionally though. Yeah, I'm a *******.

My favorite memories being
°scoring free drinks
°scoring free lifts home from clubs. My bestie and myself had best scam running, we would lure guys in with false hope of 3some, telling them our parents left for the weekend but only to realise when at our drive way, arrrhh crap they came home early. Too bad laters thanks for the ride.
^^^^ can't do above anymore. I would feel bad for the guy now because I have a heart now

No deadlifting or squatting, it's all about the Bulgarian split squat and straight leg deadlift these days.
Drinking doesn't really fit in with lifting. I haven't drunk in a month, feels good mane, but i have my wife's cousin, wife and kid coming over to stay for a night next week and myself and him always stay up late drinking and talking chit, but this time i am going to have to make an excuse and go to bed early because i'm going on holiday in a couple of months and promised myself to refrain from bad food and drink, and to make some gains because when i hit French Polynesia it's all inclusive bar and food, so i'll be drinking every day.
Next weekend i have free tickets to a VIP event worth $1k, free food, free bar. My fiancee wants to go and there is no way i'll be able to resist the bar and i'm hoping i won't be waking up on Monday and can't be assed working out. Chit is hard in your 30's if you mix drinking and working out, well it is for me and my addictive personality.
My boner is still strong.
I get hit on by younger chicks although i think daddy issues are what is up with them, as i'm not the stud that i once was lol.
I can't tell if my brain is chitter than it used to be because the past is a haze of smoke, booze, holidays and more booze, although i am wiser up to a point.
Anyway it's all good, and i hope to still be hitting the weights 10 years from now.

My wife and I seperated then divorced on Christmas 2015...I was pushing 36. It's the best thing that ever happened to me in my 30's.

Younglings! When will they learn?
It ain't over until it is over.
As in pushing up daisies.
From a similar thread.
BRB: This should be a sticky.
Life is Beautiful!
You younglings just haven't lived long enough to realize this.
There is SO MUCH out there waiting for you to GRASP IT!
I never thought when I was a youngling that I would ever look like my avi.
As my 54th birthday approached I decided I wanted to see my abs for THE FIRST time in my life.
I was a skinny fay guy. I put my mind to it and accomplished it. I've been able to see them since.
In August 2009 I had met a friend who encouraged me to compete with him for the first time, he saw something in me I hadn't.
In November 2009 I had to have colon surgery, a polyp that would eventually turn cancerous had to be removed. While lying in the hospital I had an epiphany I decided to take a stab at competing.
In 2011 at 58 i competed in Masters over 50 Bodybuilding I took second. My friend said when I came backstage I looked like a kid at Christmas..it was a blast.
I have since competed three more times eventually hitting my goal of taking first place in Masters Over 60 BB at the young age of nearly 62.
A week after this show my posing coach said this was the best shape he ever saw me, maybe the best shape in you life. I replied; "Yeah and it only took me 62 years!
Life is an adventure!
Go out and conquer your own little bit of it!
Have a Happy Forever!

I'm 31 and my tour is most certainly not over. In fact, I'm doing much better now than at any point in my 20s, which is probably related to being about 40 pounds overweight throughout that time. Last weekend partied constantly for 4 days straight while getting 4-5 hours sleep per night and did very well.
Obviously I don't have like another 20 years left, but I'm going to make good use of the next 5-7.

I'll be 46 next month, and every year I have a little more fun, and my physique is better than ever. 30 is realistically when life starts and your 40's is where you get grounded. True Story!

Haven't been 30 for very long but so far feels good mang. I matured out of my 20's behaviors a few years ago when i quit drinking but turning 30 last month hit me mentally like some kind of anti-anxiety meds. Brb dont give a fuk what people think when i go out. Brb dont want to stay out until 2am just want to wake up early saturday and work on my yard.
Pretty much the day I turned 30 I stopped giving a fuk about life so much. No longer feeling anxious about going places and having a bad time-- just want to relax and do me.
Physique is not on point but in a city of homebrewers and programming nerds i'm treated like a chiseled statue.
Balding but can pull off The Statham so it doesn't hold me back, and I've had years to make peace with it. Also I was receding my whole 20's and i think honestly i'd slay way more now now that my age matches my appearance (in a relationship so i wont find out any time soon).
Overall boyo op i would say this will probably be the best decade of my life.

I'm about three weeks away from 40 and I feel fine. I will say you are going to have to step up your attention when it comes to flexibility. I have to make sure I make time to stretch more besides that I am as stronger than ever.

30 signals the beginning of the end for lazy idiots who don't care about their health.

I'm 34. Fiance is 24. Got divorced at 28, went on a wild 4 year late 20's, early 30's smashing spree. Went from 2 girls to 70+ girls smashed. Was waaaay easier as I was older. Loved it was probably the best time of my life.
Negatives, body randomly hurts more, and hang overs are quite a bit worse.

Anyway I love this thread! Just turned 28yo and still feel like I'm in the early stages of success, but excited to start my prime! Hoping to stretch it to mid 40s. Funny because I keep pushing back marriage and kids too, knowing I can date younger (was fooling around with a 19yo recently). The misc is always right...keep lifting, growing, and you'll age like wine.

I would say it started to be over at 36, few grey hairs showing up in full head of hair, forehead and eye wrinkles started showing. But all the things brah quoted said plus six pack lean/chiseled face. The last girl I smashed in the Western world was 22 (srs) from a ONS. In SA that's just normal LOL!
Anyways, back to enjoying my money going 100x further, feminine curvy women everywhere, white privilege and most of all NO FEMINISM!! Not sure why men even live in the Anglosphere anymore, I only do it to make bank then escape again. Can't get over the fact liberal cucks are doing our society in, there's plenty of people wanting to see the Western powers fall.

So needless to say, life hasn't even started to beat me just yet.

Probably in better shape now than I ever was in my 20s, lol... not that I was in bad shape, just had my priorities / habits all wrong...
I think its you're prime time for pulling the ladies at least through to mid-30s... I'm settled though, which has probably helped me get those priorities in order in the first place, sooooo...

Every 30-35 y/o I know who is single has told me life is better than ever before and they pull like crazy. There's a certain confidence and reassurance that comes out of maturity if you've been working on yourself. A man's prime is somewhere in that age bracket, and taking care of yourself you can probably push it up to 40.
At 26, sometimes I think I'm getting old but it's all in my head. I'm in the best shape I've ever been, only getting better. Just hoping that my t-levels stay strong until I'm pushing 40.
