the second he got signed, he could have just changed his phone number and disappeared completely out of that life. but some pro athlete talked about this phenomenon before; the players, once they make it, feel like they owe something to the figures of their past, so they often share their wealth and notoriety with them. there is a fukked up noble cause behind it, but it often ends up like this.

millions of dollars, fame, great life, girlfriend, kids, etc. yet he stayed up at night thinking some prick he went to hs with was calling him out in the hood for being a sellout. oh well.
