Actually if that dude lifted and knew what he was doing it might have helped. My transformation only took 2 years. That guy still has like 40 lbs to lose and has no muscle mass whatsoever

I recently came across a picture of myself from about 4 years ago when I was 50ish pounds heavier, and can not even stand looking at my face. Back then I legit looked like a pig, and now although I'm only 85-90% to my goal weight, my face would actually be considered attractive.

Crazy how much of a difference it makes, and I wish I would have managed to lose the weight at a younger age to take advantage better with ladies.

Some people look worse. At my leanest, my face is sucked the fuk up & I look about 10 years older. This is just generally true for people who go from high bf to fit.

I think it's doable. I have a pretty big frame and i pack on mass easily. Im sitting at about 200 right now wanna drop down to 175-180 lean and work from there. Was only 165 or so in the pics. Honestly in your case though just lift heavy and do a lot of compounds. Stay consistent with the eating and you'll get there.
