Also I was going with a red tailed boa but ended up with a carpet python, then another. I never thought I'd get a truly LONG snake. I forgot to mention I still have the hognose!
I haven't see the frog eyeds breed, I just see no eggs ever.

carpets are cool as hell.
maybe try messing with the temps and humidity a bit, see if that stimulates breeding

Yeah even if they don't produce eggs, they are the neatest little lizards ever, and I can still enjoy them I think lol.

Mirin balls in first post, OP. Srs. Wanted to get into breeding before the military option came to fruition. Still planning on getting another once operational tempo settles down and I can be home enough to care for one again, as my wife would never. Eventually going to consider a burmese or retic when I'm out and can devote lots of time and effort to building a terrarium and caring for a huge snake like that. Until then, I want some sort of bumble bee or clown ball morph. Possibly a killer clown.

Nice to see some herp talk pop up again.
Heres my contribution. I hatched out a clutch of ball python eggs again this year and I'm pretty happy with the outcome.
This one is definitely a keeper (y)

Cool thread.
Deathstroke brah I think your veiled is a male. Females don't get as large, are more bland in color, and have a much smaller crest.
I started off in ball pythons but have moved more to boas from a preference perspective. Like them both but there are certain aspects of a boa that trumps.
I'll try to snap pics of my collection if there is interest.
Also, not a tradie or watch wrestling and own 3 dogs. I think a lot of reptile people (herpers) just love animals.

You might be right. Either way the name Karma stays lol by far my least friendly reptile. If my Karma dies, that is one species I will not replace/own again.

small scale is fine. I used to want to breed snakes as a career but after seeing how that is I want to just breed what I want just for enjoyment. maybe just a few species.

Yeah its definitely not something feasible to get into on a large scale unless you have a ton of money and time to invest.
