and he has calves

Gzus looks great from the front and has a sick physique but IMO his back is kind of lacking from an aesthetic standpoint. High lat inserts kind of kill it. Doesn't have that back sweep

Ya, I could see that, conditioning is probably the hardest part to achieve though, I know I could probably baloon up to 400lbs and be big/strong af but I would look like chit

I think it depends on the person, some guys struggle to put any weight on but stay lean and others are just built to be tanks. Now having mass and conditioning is the really tricky part

You got it stud, we all have to work with what God has blessed us with. I wish I had abs of peace rather than abs of piss, they are shaped a little weird but whatever, that's something I can't change so I figure it's best just to focus on what I do have.
