OP, there are many quality girls out there, trust me. There is absolutely no reason why a young man would be stressed because of his relationship with a woman, not at such a young age FFS. Relationships should start incredibly strong, healthy, stress-free, GOOD HEAD, common interests, moral compass aligned, beliefs etc. There is absolutely, again, no reason to be living in a stressful relationship when you should be enjoying the best years of your life and preparing the next 20 years so they are just as good.
