Mostly. The title said embarrassing before pic though so I posted it. That picture is one of my main motivators. The pic from prom is probably the best pic I have of my fat self.

I hope man. I know of a few at least that have pmd me afterwards with before and afters saying I inspired them to lose weight and people I've given advice along the way. Hopefully there were others. Growing up overweight sucks.

Yeah I'd imagine. Have you showed him the forums at all? (Obviously not the misc lol) but just any of the nutrition stuff. Even just some home made mass gainer shakes would really help out seeing that's a quick 1000-1500 calories in a few minutes. That'd make it a lot easier.
