Looking at variables is common sense.
The woman is a world class elite level power lifter. There exist virtually no natties who compete in ANYTHING involving physical skill doing so at a world class elite level.
You should really watch Juggernaut's (Chad Wesley Smith) review of Icarus.
What's more plausible, that a world class female powerlifter managed to hop on some celltech bicycles to help propel her past "great" all the way to the elite top and fool people (as many pro athletes do), or that she's a real life female version of the Incredible Hulk? I'm not ripping on her, but get a grip and open your mind up a little bit regarding this subject. You sound like the MLB fanboys who were convinced that Derek Jeter was clean.
Again thanks for not reading my post, here let me copy paste it, maybe you will read it this time:

Her numbers did not go down when she had kids as far as I know, and lets assume a little gear can propel you a long way, fine. Her bench is still 100 lbs above everyone else's and if she is on something its very obvious not high doses, I have talked to her she shows no signs and would have had to be on it the whole time because there is no abnormal progress in her record and like I said no woman is having kids on huge amounts of gear. So ewe have to consider that there are some women who can bench quite a bit at a light weight and since this thread is about the natty limit, not an average, it is relevant.

You see that part where I said lets assume she is on a small amount? Okay cool. Why would I not assume she's on a large dose, because for the 1000th time this thread, she has young children. Some things, like a woman benching 325, are highly unlikely, a woman on high amounts of gear having a kid while on high amounts of gear is not highly unlikely, it is IMPOSSIBLE.

Which is why I said 200 lbs. is what I would consider elite, 225 the effective natty limit.

LEARN TO READ.

I said 200 would be considered elite and 225 the effective natty limit I said nothing anywhere about the "average female" Jen Thompson is 135 lbs not 138 and I even granted you that she could possibly be on something, just not a lot. If you want to have a conversation fine, if you're just here to misrepresent what I am saying and not address my points, we are done.

Yeah, I never claimed I would be able to bench 325 or that 175 is close to 325, I do think if I keep training for 5-10 years I should be able to do 225 at 140 (138) though. Wasn't really boasting either, OP asked for statistics, statistics were granted.

You will never got 325lb Natty as a girl being sub 140lbs. The fact you believe some girl did, shows the level of your intellect. Enough you copecel

As for my genetics, I had my signature up in March 2016 when I first joined I believe it was a 95 lb deadlift, 115 lb squat and 95 lb bench. But lets say a natty 140 lb girl lifting for 5 years hits a 175 lb bench, that is certainly not out of the realm of possibility, in fact if they have been training for strength that's what I'd expect.
I was referring to your overhead press to bw ratio which is simply abnormal given gender, training experience, and being batty. As for that jiu jitsu girl that's an impressive bench but certainly believable.

Honestly go on reddit and try to look at a lot of 100-120lb females breaking the powerlifting total record in the states for their weight class naturally. Most of these chicks are deadlifting way over 4 plates but barely benching over 100lbs. Most chicks who even train for strength struggle benching over 115lbs. This one chick I know who's been training for 3 years only benches 95-115lbs. Hell look at megsquats on YouTube she's been training for a very long time and seems very committed to powerlifting but only benches around 160lbs for a double from what I vaguely recall. My only point is you have pretty good genetics in terms of strength so it's unreasonable to use yourself as the measuring stick for what's achievable for a female and what's not.

Okay that's fair, I've seen a lot of women struggle on bench but I've also seen a good amount not struggle. I think one of the issues is that bench is not where the points are for powerlifters and since women are good at chea-I mean sumo deadlifts they can really rack up the points there, so bench becomes even more neglected.

Also didn't realize Megs bench was that low I thought it was around 185. Noted.

Also I have an elite total according to USPA standards and I am natty so I guess I don't have to.

I had a this math professor freshman year. She was fairly tall for a woman (5'7" ish?) and not that thickly built. Kinda skinnny.

Apparently she powerlifted on the side. I think her max was like 125.

Not sure if you are naive or just pretending to distance yourself from cycling.

You are not going to bench press 225 at 130lbs ever. Maybe if your ROM is 1 inch with a massive back arch thrown in... then maybe.

I am not planning to be at 130 much longer this weight class is not appropriate for my height. I am planning to go up to 140 soon, where I'll likely stay and baring an injury I will be powerlifting for a very long time. I think I will be able to put 50 lbs on my bench in 10 years. It seems like a reasonable thing to me, given my progress so far. I bench on the narrow side and my arch is poverty, I will eventually move to pinkies on rings, it will still be at least 10 inches of movement.

These standards can have more variation than can easily be inferred from the charts due to height. But anyway, by these standards you keep talking about, 206 would qualify as an "elite" bench press for women weighing 140 or under. Yet you argue that a woman of the same weight class was supposedly able to surpass the "elite" number by a whopping 119 lb, or 57.76%, was able to do so without any celltech? That's like a dude benching 600 claiming he did it purely natty. Get over your argument about how she managed to have children during her lifting years (though you admit you don't know what her progress numbers were exactly prior to having children).
If you look at my post I said that I would consider 200 lbs at 140 to be elite, which is 6 lbs under the proposed limits of this site, which I agree with. I've already gone over the jen thompson issue more than once with you you refuse to read what I said, so stop trying to discuss it with me until you do.
There are countless dudes who have had very fair amounts of celltech and managed to have kids too (it effects their fertility as well), it's not nearly as unheard of as you are making it out to be. What IS completely unheard of is a powerlifter surpassing elite lifting standards of a given lift in their weight/gender class by 57%+ as pure natties.
Dudes are not women, it effects women much more. Don't be delusional.

i.e., celltech enthusiasts like Ronnie Coleman could compete in "natty" events if they felt like it, and there wouldn't really be much to stop them from doing so. Inform yourself before going on ignorant rants.
You obviously don't understand simple logic, if testing is not good enough, than what is? See where I am going? If you void all methods of proof then ask for proof you are being ridiculous and you're just doing it to confirm your own bias.

Drug testing in IPF is WADA, drug testing at natural bodybuilding shows usually isn't. Inform yourself before going on ignorant rants.

NFL if they test through WADA doesn't test athletes nearly as often as the IPF tests athletes, Marisa Inda said that at one point she was getting tested every two weeks, other people said the same thing. This is why I said you should watch Chad Wesley Smith's review of Icarus, if you put millions of dollars into getting your athletes to pass drug tests and block WADA from entering your country sure its possible, but there is no pay out in powerlifting and the US government doesn't give a **** about light weight womens raw powerlifting to help them pass piss tests, and Jen Thompson is a public school teacher, you think she is raising two kids handling WADA and buying chit on what kind of salary? Look USA powerlifting athletes have to pay their way to worlds and receive no cash prize.

People don't generally get into powerlifting for potential cash prizes, but for the vanity of it all. I'm more than willing to admit that as lifting hobbyist of 11+ years.

Are you claiming that the IPF tested her every two weeks without break for the duration of her entire lifting career? If not, even having time to fit a few bike rides in throughout those years would completely blow that argument out of the water. We'd also need to know where she was at with her lifting stats before such rigorous testings began.

I don't think she got into it for vanity, she said she started out benching 65 lbs for 3 sets of 5 she just liked training. Got that impression from Kim Walford as well. Some do, and its immediately noticeable when you meet them, a lot are just weird kids like me that finally found a "sport" they like.

Tfw you cant even raise your arms above shoulders level without impinging your weak delted self

My long arms would prob make my ohp poverty anyway

As far as the natty debate goes its been shown that if you do some bicycling and then stop but keep up srs training you will always still have an advantage from the dat dere you once did. This applies to all sports and is why ppl call for lifetime bans.
Anyone who thinks everyone in natty feds is natty is dumb tho. Looked up the results from my fed last year which is literally called "the British DRUG FREE powerlifting association " and 2 lifters were banned. Also ive never been tested. At the nationals hardly anyone got tested.

I can't say OHP has been good to my back and neck to be honest, but it's supposed to help with bench (thats the only reason I started), and it actually helped fix my shoulder issues a little. It's a bit of a dangerous lift tbh if you don't know proper form, and I didn't learn proper form until about 6 weeks ago.

Is it the IPF affiliate in your country? IPF supposedly tests 10% of lifters and the top ones in their class and then internationally competitive ones in the off season too. I know for a fact there are people on stuff in the IPF though. I lift with people who have been around the iron game for a while. Was still scared ****less about getting popped for medicinal tree my first meet though. Absolutely retarded thing for me to risk.

That's a fast comeback, especially considering upper body movements are the first to go. I would definitely participate in a misc press comp if you orchestrate one in the near future, when you are fully recovered of course...if I test my max out of program I at least want a shot at some protein or preworkout lol

Are we talking actual flat back benching or crazy contorted 3" ROM russian teenager benching?

Powerlifting is more technique than raw strength.

No the gbpf is the ipf affiliate. Ive only lifted locally with that fed so i dont know about their testing at the higher levels. But plenty of people will risk it maybe until that crucial national meet that would qualify them internationally

Tbh ive been smoking weed the whole time im competing and idk if that would actually get me banned from my own particularly strict fed! Wada has relaxed their rules on cannabis now in that it allows a certain level but yeah i could fail a test for that but idgaf

Lol quot wrong post can't be bothered to edit

This. For the most part if a girl trains bench consistently she really won't have much of a problem hitting a bodyweight bench.
