Yeh his example was derp. The better experiment would be to take black, white and latino testers of around the same age (let's say, age 22-26), gender, attractiveness and size, and have similar social skills and diction. Give them identical resumes then have them apply to the same set of jobs.

Then, to shake things up a bit, repeat the experiment except this time make the white guy an ex-con with a felony criminal record.


I wonder what the results of such an experiment would be....
