Going up against Sunday Night Football would not be a wise decision. If they can't get things wrapped up in time to make the July/August season premier so it doesn't compete against the NFL they will wait until the NFL season is over. I'd say mid February or March of 2019 is most likely.

I was already facepalming when at the beginning of the season people kept asking where Rickon is, or why Sandor is seemingly angry at Gregor Clegane, but this is just some next level chit.

I feel like people are digging deep to make this theory happen. I saw someone on ******** say that Hodor's shoulder shrug to Bran gave it away...

Maybe you're onto something but are we going to pretend that the children and other innocent people the NK's army murdered weren't good people and Bran is just saving the people who he thinks are good?

I think he was just referring to Sam being a good person...helping Jorah the Friendzoner with his greyscale, helping Gilly and the baby, etc...

If the NK = Bran theory ends up happening I'll be very disappointed. It just doesn't make sense to me with what we've been shown so far in the series.

It would make the Children of the Forrest who lived for thousands of years look like buffoons.
It would make Jojen look dumb as fuk. brb being able to see the future and giving up his life to help the guy who ends up killing you and thousands of others.
It would make the original Three Eyed Raven look even dumber. brb could see the past, know that Bran is the NK...help his ass in the present so he could kill you and thousands of others.

So far the biggest basis I see behind this theory is their outfits look similar...well ho lee fuk!

Yes there is obviously some kind of connection there but I think it's more likely the NK had similar powers to Bran and was a Stark.

After every episode I tend to get a few messages from friends asking me to clarify stuff - the general populace don't watch/read all these theories on youtube/reddit and only watch the show when it's on TV, the rest of the year they probably don't think about it much

Considering the WW can get their wights to go to the bottom of a lake and attach a bigass chain to a dead dragon I'm thinking they could commandeer a fleet and march them all onto the boats and then sail them and actually lol nah they can't do that nvm I'm an idiot

Yeah I'd prefer longer episodes over 10 shorter ones, ideally it would be 10 longer ones but D&D are *******s. The story finally gets interesting (brb Dany is finally in Westeros, wall finally fell and WW are coming and they cut it short.

FR, I think/hope it's just mental gymnastics

Besides, Bran has become a plot device/comedic relief. Among hardcore fans, there might be some backlash if this slightly autistic all-seeing-eye ends up being the reason for the Great War.

Casuals probably won't care and will make youtube videos about how deep that plot twist is.

That's how a lot of time travel plots work. You try to meddle in the past to change the future only to realize you're the cause of it all. Apparently GRRM has done stuff like this in his other work. It's a strong possibility at this point imo.

Ghost can play a better Rhaegar than him.
I'm more concerned with the fact that Lyanna is literally a 6/10 and in the books is supposedly extremely attractive and worth causing an entire coup d'tat for... this girl does not do it.

God dammit, still I hope Hodor is the only phuck up Bran made in the past. But if he did it once, maybe there's a chance he did it again.

kinda disappointed with both Lyanna and Rhaegar's choice. But fwiw the woman they chose for Lyanna looks more like her teenage self in Bran's Hodor vision. Not that close but closer.

Imagine her as Lyanna and Charlie Hunnam as Rhaegar. 98% sure Rhaegar was the role he turned down to be in the King Arthur movie.

I tried to find pics of Hunnam without his beard, he looks close enough to the role, but I found this article on potential Rhaegar choices:

https://www.ablogofthrones.com/ideal...mini-series/3/

Chris Hemsworth and Leif Stacy look the closest to me.

Hemsworth:

Stacy:

Obviously we're not homo (r-right boyos?) but with as legendary as Rhaegar was, I thought he should make a greater impact with his charm and appearance. But the only thing people could think in the finale was how close the guy looked to Viserys. Kind of a let down.

PS i think that popular pic of Rhaegar next to Hemsworth really sucks.

If so many people still dont get Jon Snow's lineage and how him and Daenerys are related by now, I'm pretty sure even more people are not aware about Theon's circumstances, with how he's confused if he's a Stark or Greyjoy thing. They're probably thinking like, "wtf is this guy's drama" lol

I thinks it's mostly because people associate good looks, or certain strong features, with a character being alpha. Like someone who stands above all the other ''normal'' characters.

I remember people being extremely disappointed with Kylo Ren in Star Wars because the dude looked ugly as fuk when he took off his mask.

- Do you think we'll see Jaqen H'Ghar again?

- I have a feeling Sam Tarley will begin to have a bigger role. There's a reason they've kept a goofy character like that around for awhile now?

- George RR Martin has said it's the Night's King instead of the Night King? Meaning he is a replaceable King?

- will Jon Snow and Daenerys have beef and conflict over claiming the throne? JS/AT has a more legitimate claim.

- I don't like how they did LittleFinger. They didn't even go into depth about his true intentions. We understand that he was playing the Game, but was his true desire just to take the throne? or was something else there?

I'm pretty sure LF explicitly said to Sansa that he wanted to be on the Throne with her as queen. He also stared at the throne all the time. His downfall was kinda wack but oh well.

Jon won't want the throne. Plus idk how they could fit Cersei vs. Dany, Living vs. Dead, and Jon vs. Dany in 6 episodes. If he ever learns he's Aegon Targaryen and he has a claim, he'll probably just say he has no claim, he doesnt want it, Dany is is queen, etc.
