My man...you are me. I've had this for a lot longer though. Youre lucky to be getting on top of it this soon. I spent the first few years thinking it was all in my head, docs said it was just stress/anxiety and put me on anti anxiety meds. It started for me the same way, panic attack due to red bulls/no sleep/no food for awhile and landed in the ER thinking I was dying. The anxiety meds helped with the panic/anxiety but didnt touch the other symptoms so I knew something else was going on. 2 years ago got the same diagnoses: Autoimmune Dysautonomia with POTS. My POTS is a little weird though cause sometimes it will be insane tachycardia and sometimes insane bradycardia but both result in a big change in BP and having to immediately sit down. Did you have to do a Tilt Table test for your diagnoses? I legit thought I was dying during mine and lasted like 2 minutes haha.

Bro tips: cut out Porn. I too was/am addicted to it and although its probably not a cause of all this, it makes it worse. The tough part is when I'm feeling chitty its what I fall back on. Also diet is a massive component of this. As another miscer said Leaky Gut can cause a lot of autimmune responses and I'm pretty sure it has something to do with mine as my digestion has always been terrible. Never been fully gluten free but the times I"ve mostly cut it from my diet and taken gut repair supps is when I feel the best. Infections also could play a role as well. I get the same sore throats all the time and mine get so bad that I struggle to get full breaths sometimes. Had a bug bite before all this started that I'm pretty sure was Lyme (had the bullseye mark) but did the month of antibiotics and it went away. Heard you can get post treatment Lyme symptoms long term though so who knows. Keep ya head up boyo

It’s caffeine and stress. I’ve been off caffeine for three weeks now and it’s a drastic difference.

I know this is old, but i'm curious about how you're doing. I had a lot of the same **** happening since my early teens. Finally got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis last year about two months before you posted this haha.
I'm back?

Get a sleep study done. A lot of times it's Sleep Apnea. You have all the symptoms: sleepiness during the day, sore throat (open mouth from snoring at night causing throat infections), brain fog, etc.

These symptoms are coming from absolutely no where, it's like nothing I experienced before. I don't have panic attacks anymore, I just get a sore throat and feel like I'm about to fall asleep out of the blue.

I seriously doubt that I am imagining these symptoms.

It's also showing up in my blood tests, my white blood cells have been elevated above the normal range for 2 months now, and my tonsills are inflamed 24/7

Sounds like you're gluten intolerant. Try going gluten free for a week and see how you feel.
