You are missing my point, laws are supposed to apply to everyone so if a government is peddling drugs to CHILDREN how can it punish people for selling drugs to adults. The government cares about one thing, taxes. Drugs sold by dealers are taxed( even though the money paying for it is), and people who are no longer capable of being productive workers because of said drugs aren't paying taxes so I can see why these companies and the government want to vilify these people.

Sumptin ain't sounding right. To actually get 5 years for drugs in his car means one of 2 things. A- he has a long record and is a dipsh*t or B- he had a crap ton of drugs and is a runner for a cartel. You don't see that kind of time for street level dealers unless it's strike 7 for them. You do see that kind of time for runners who are caught literally with pounds of meth/heroin/coke in your car.
