Raphael speaks the truth. I go to a MILF gym and have never in my life seen a female doing any of the big 3's or even doing a single pushup.

Women can't even use the bathroom alone much less figure out how to curl in the squat rack.

They're all in Zin or Yin or whatever yoga or cycle. And I love those classes too but also, come on. This is why you aren't making any progress, ladies.

When you're walking around with a purse and a kid on your hip that weighs 20+ lbs but you're doing flys with 15 lbs...you can easily go heavier.
And when they do come, they hog the assisted pull up machine to push their legs down on it cuz instasloots are doing them cuz muh glutez. Lawwd knows what kind of dog poop and piss they've stepped on throughout the day and then smear it all on that pad.

I don't know that I've ever seen a female do a pull up in my gym but def have seen at least one do some heavy assed deads. I think it was the day I hit my weight PR and feeling pretty proud of myself. Then she puts major weight on her bar and proceeds to put my deads to shame. I was like dang! Good job womane. lol

LOL I've never been in a gym with an assisted pull up machine. Couple pull up bars and a station that's it...you either do them or you don't.

Wut? Glutes on assisted pull up machine? How does that work?

I do jump or push off one foot pull ups or trainer stabilises my back

Tbh last couple of months I've seen a few new women in my gym in free weights ...as in proper lifters doing decent compounds lifts ..it's kind of refeshing that it's turning at last

Dead srs. It's an absolute epidemic. They lower the assist pad, place their foot on top and then push it down. Straight from Instagram

I was never nervous when I started, because gyms are always full of insecure manlets who are coping, and no matter how big they are, I always feel bigger than them, so it's all good baby.

I've seen a total of 2 females doing RDL's and 1 female doing deads.

Not nearly enough.

Only women who do pull ups at my gym are usually with a trainer doing assisted ones with bands. Never seen woman do a raw pull up or chin up there

As for compounds at my gym they do all three SRS, mostly squats/squat variations and dead lifts/RDLs multiple times a week and like benching maybe once a week

Yeah, I've only seen that one and maybe one or two more. I have seen one of the female trainers doing them. There's barely any females doing weights in my gym though, so it's not surprising. The ones I do see are usually on machines, not free weights.

Only way for me to be consistent with workouts is by having fun and varying them. I don't make the progress I could if I stuck to a periodization program but that's not really my goal.

My goal right now is to stay healthy and fit and consistent, and Crossfit helps me do that. I only go once every few weeks or so, along with other classes and workouts. I'd literally never workout if all I did was lift and das REALLY not it.

Try stepping into a boxing gym. All you hear is the clack-clack-clack of someone skipping rope at 300 rpm. A huge hairy f*cker smashing the f*ck out of a heavy bag, another f*cker on the speed bag destroying the thing. No reception desks, no warm welcome. Coach doesn't give a f*ck about you. Someone throwing up in the corner. BEEP-BEEP, 3 minute auto-timer, get back to f*cking work. That's intimidation. The first time I went in I was genuinely rattled. Then I became one of those f*ckers.

There's one female trainer at my gym, she's young and her body is banging. I think she competes. I used to see a different one there a lot, but haven't seen her in a while.

Lol. I'm not even near the strongest guy in my gym but I took a lot of time off lifting to train boxing. Boxers don't like lifting, even strength training - think it slows you down. They're particularly not fond of bench press but are fine with push-ups and make you do them on the reg, wut.

Find a new gym brah

If you're the strongest guy at your gym you need a new one srs

My numbers are pretty much the same as yours (365/245/465/165) and I'm nowhere near the strongest srs.
